Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 247:3

Zakariya ibn Yahya al-Wasiti narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, from ‘Awf, from Sayyar ibn Salamah, from Abu Barzah al-Aslami, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to dislike sleeping before the ‘Isha’ prayer and talking after it. He said: And he used to recite in the morning prayer from sixty to one hundred [verses], and each one of us would recognize the person next to him.
