Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 247:7

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Hajjaj ibn Dinar, from Abu Hashim, from Abu al-Aliyah, from Abu Barzah al-Aslami, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to say when he wanted to rise from a gathering: "Glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You."
