Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 243:15

'Abd al-Ghaffar ibn 'Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to us, 'Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from Dawud, from 'Abd al-A'la al-Nakha'i, from Umm 'Abd Allah, who said: Abu Musa said to me during his illness: "Shall I not inform you of whom the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) cursed?" I said: "Yes." He said: "He cursed the one who shaves (her hair), the one who raises her voice (in lamentation), and the one who tears (her garment)."
