Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 243:51

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Abu Ja'far al-Razi, Rabi' ibn Anas narrated to us, from his two grandfathers, Zayd and Ziyad, and they used to frequent Abu Musa in Basra, and he would teach them the Quran, from Abu Musa, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "The prayer of a man is not accepted as long as there is anything of it—meaning the saffron—upon his skin or his body."
