Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 243:7

Bandar narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Burdah, from his father, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "There is no marriage except with a guardian."
