Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 243:77

On the authority of Abu Musa, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he said: "I saw in a dream that I was migrating from Makkah to a land containing date palms. My mind went to it being Al-Yamamah or Hajar, but it turned out to be Al-Madinah, Yathrib. And I saw in this vision of mine that I shook a sword, and its tip broke off; it turned out to be what befell the believers on the day of Uhud. I shook it again, and it returned better than it was; it turned out to be what Allah brought of the conquest and the gathering of the believers. And I also saw in it cows, and Allah is good, and they turned out to be the group of believers on the day of Uhud. And the good was what Allah brought of goodness afterward, and the reward of truthfulness that came to us after the day of Badr."
