Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 231:1

Harun al-Hammal narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, he said: Kathir ibn Kathir ibn al-Muttalib ibn Abi Wada'ah narrated to me, from some of his family, he said: I heard al-Muttalib ibn Abi Wada'ah al-Sahmi saying: I saw the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) praying near the gate of Banu Sahm, and the people were passing in front of him, and there was no sutrah (barrier) between him and the Qiblah.
