Ishaq narrated to us, Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from ‘Asim ibn ‘Ubayd Allah, from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amir ibn Rabi’ah, from his father: That a man from Banu Fazarah married a woman for a pair of sandals, and the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, permitted their marriage.
