Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 248:12

And from Jabir, he said: I sat with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, more than a hundred times. He would not deliver a sermon except while standing, and he would sit for a sitting [between the two sermons].
