Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 248:27

Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Zakariya ibn Siyah, from Imran ibn Riyāh, from Ali ibn Umarah, from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: I was in a gathering in which the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was present, and my father, Samurah, was sitting in front of me. He said: "Indeed, obscenity and the act of being obscene are not part of Islam in any way. And indeed, among the best of people in Islam are those with the best character."
