حديث جرير بن عبد الله البجلي
Hadith 251:7
There is no group of people among whom there is a man who commits acts of disobedience, while they are more capable and powerful than him, yet they do not change him [i.e., stop him], but that Allah will afflict them with His punishment.
حدثنا إسحاق بن أبي إسرائيل حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن أبي إسحاق عن عبيد الله بن جرير البجلي عن أبيه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال * ما من قوم يكون بين ظهرانيهم رجل يعمل بالمعاصي هم أمنع منه وأعز لا يغيرون عليه إلا أصابهم الله بعقابه
