Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 246:25

Harun ibn Ma'ruf and Ishaq ibn Abi Isra'il narrated to us, they said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Abdullah ibn Babah, from Jubayr ibn Mut'im, reaching the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), that he said: "O sons of Abd Manaf, do not prevent anyone who circumambulated this House or prayed at any hour of the night or day."
