Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 237:9

Abu Hammam narrated to us, Baqiyyah ibn al-Walid narrated to us, he said: Safwan narrated to me, he said: Jubayr ibn Nufayr narrated to me, from his father, from Khalid ibn al-Walid: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, did not take the fifth (khums) of the spoils of war (salab).
