Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr al-Muqaddami narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: Muhammad ibn al-Nu'man narrated to me, from Talhah ibn Musarrif, from a woman from 'Abd al-Qays, from the sister of 'Abdullah ibn Rawahah, who said: I heard the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "Going out is obligatory for every woman who wears a waist-wrapper," meaning on the two Eids.
