Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 214:1

Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Sufyan ibn 'Uyayna narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Abd Allah, from Ibn 'Abbas, from his mother, Umm al-Fadl, that she heard the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, reciting in the Maghrib prayer: "By the winds sent forth (al-Mursalat 'urfan)."
