Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 219:26

Abu Khaythama narrated to us, al-Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Darraj narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn al-Hakam, that he narrated to him from Umm Habibah bint Abi Sufyan: That people from Yemen came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he taught them the prayer, the Sunnahs, and the obligatory duties. They said, "O Messenger of Allah, we have a drink that we make from wheat and barley." He said, "Al-Ghubayra'?" They said, "Yes." He said, "Do not consume it." Then, two days later, they mentioned it to him again. He said, "Al-Ghubayra'?" They said, "Yes." He said, "Do not consume it." Then, when they wanted to depart, they asked him about it. He said, "Al-Ghubayra'?" They said, "Yes." He said, "Do not consume it." They said, "But they will not abandon it." He said, "Whoever does not abandon it, then strike his neck."
