Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 129:112

Ibrahim ibn al-Hajjaj narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, a man may perform the deeds of the people of Paradise for a period of his life, and when it is near his death, he changes and performs the deeds of the people of the Fire, so he dies and enters the Fire. And indeed, a man may perform the deeds of the people of the Fire for a period of his life, and when it is near his death, he performs the deeds of the people of Paradise, so he dies and enters Paradise."
