Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 129:83

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, Mu'tamir narrated to us, he said: I heard Humayd say: Anas was asked, "Did the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) take a ring?" He said, "Yes. It is as if I am looking at the glitter of his ring." He delayed the prayer of the last 'Isha' one night until half of the night had passed, then he prayed. When he finished his prayer, he turned his face toward us and said, "Indeed, the people have prayed and slept, and you have remained in prayer as long as you were waiting for it." He said, "And it is as if I am looking at the glitter of his ring." He said, "And his ring was of silver, and its setting was from it."
