Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 129:89

On the authority of Anas, he said: We traveled with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), and a fasting person did not criticize a non-fasting person, nor did a non-fasting person criticize a fasting person. The people were exhausted one day during Ramadan while traveling, so the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) called for a vessel and drank from it, so that the people would see that he was not fasting.
