Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 129:94

Muhammad ibn al-Minhal narrated to us, Yazid narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by Baqi al-Gharqad. Suddenly, a man was calling his companion, "O Abu al-Qasim!" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) turned around. The man said, "I did not mean you, O Messenger of Allah; I only meant so-and-so." He (the Prophet) said, "Name yourselves with my name, but do not use my kunya (patronymic)."
