Muhammad ibn al-Sabbah and Abu al-Rabi' al-Zahrani narrated to us, they said: Isma'il ibn Zakariyya narrated to us, from Nadr al-Khazzaz, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was upon Hira, and the mountain shook. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Be firm, Hira, for there is upon you none but a Prophet, or a Siddiq (truthful one), or a martyr." And upon it were the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Abu Bakr, 'Umar, 'Ali, 'Uthman, Talhah, al-Zubayr, 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Awf, Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, and Sa'id ibn Zayd ibn 'Amr ibn Nufayl.
