Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 110:167

Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Amr ibn Maymun, from Abu Hadir, from Ibn Abbas, who said: I slaughtered a sacrificial animal (badana) during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he commanded the people regarding the cow.
