Abu Bakr narrated to us, Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Isma'il, from Dawud ibn Husayn, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "The neighbor has the right to place his wooden beam upon the wall of his neighbor, even if he dislikes it. And the accessible road is seven cubits. And there shall be no causing of harm, nor reciprocating of harm."
