Zuhayr narrated to us, al-Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Uthman ibn Khuthaym, from Abu al-Tufayl, from Ibn Abbas: That the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and his companions performed Umrah from al-Ji'ranah. They performed ramal (brisk walking) around the House for three [circuits] and walked for four.
