Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 110:44

Ibrahim narrated to us, he said: Wuhayb narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Assign the fixed shares (al-fara'id) to those entitled to them, and whatever remains belongs to the nearest male relative."
