Abu Bakr narrated to us, Muhammad ibn al-Hasan narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Tahman narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Utbah, the freed slave of Ibn Abbas, from Ibn Abbas, who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) arrived from al-Ta'if, he stopped at al-Ji'ranah and distributed the spoils of war there. Then he performed Umrah from there, and that was when two nights remained of Shawwal.
