And from ‘Amr, he said: I heard Awsajah, the freed slave of Ibn ‘Abbas, narrating from Ibn ‘Abbas that a man died during the time of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he did not leave behind any relatives except a slave whom he had emancipated. So the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Give him his inheritance."
