Abu Ma'mar Isma'il ibn Ibrahim al-Hudhali narrated to us, Jarir and Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah and 'Abdullah ibn Idris and Hafs ibn Ghiyath and Yahya ibn Sulaym and Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Uthman ibn Khuthaym, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "You must wear white garments, for your living should wear them, and shroud your dead in them. And you must use antimony (ithmid), for it clears the vision and makes the hair grow."
