Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 110:90

Mu'tamir said again, from Abu Fazara, from Miqsam, from Sa'id, from Ibn Abbas, who raised the hadith to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, he said: "These words are a cure for every disease: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, and all of His names, generally, from the evil of the poisonous creature and the common [disease], and from the evil of the blameworthy eye, and from the evil of an envier when he envies, and from the evil of Abu Qatra and what he begot.'" Thirty-three of the angels came to their Lord and said: "Pain, pain in our land." He said: "Take from your land and wipe over your pain." [This is] the Ruqyah of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Whoever takes a payment for it or conceals it from anyone, he shall never prosper.
