Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 108:15

Suwayd narrated to us, from Malik, from Hashim ibn Hashim ibn Utbah ibn Abi Waqqas, from Abdullah ibn Nastas, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath upon this pulpit of mine that is sinful, let him take his seat in the Fire."
