Abu Bakr narrated to us, Abu Ahmad narrated to us, from Sharik, from Ibn ‘Aqil, from Jabir, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever wants to fast, let him take the pre-dawn meal (suhur), even if it is with something."
