Dāwūd ibn Rushayd narrated to us, al-Walīd ibn Muslim narrated to us, from ‘Anbasah ibn ‘Abd al-Raḥmān, from Muḥammad ibn Zādhān, from Jābir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a major event occurs or a dark wind stirs, then you must use the *takbīr* (saying *Allāhu Akbar*), for it clears away the black dust."
