Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 108:200

Amr narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Amr, from Jabir, who said: When "Say, He is the One capable of sending upon you punishment from above you" was revealed to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), he said: "I seek refuge in Your Face." [He continued:] "Or from beneath your feet," he said: "I seek refuge in Your Face." [He continued:] "Or to confuse you into sects and make some of you taste the violence of others" (Al-An'am: 65), he said: "These two are lighter," or "These two are easier."
