Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 108:21

Ibrahim narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade the *duba* (gourd), the *muzaffat* (pitch-coated vessel), and the *naqir* (hollowed-out log). Abu al-Zubayr said: When Jabir could not find a waterskin, he would prepare his *nabidh* (fermented drink) for him in a stone basin.
