Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 108:61

Abu Khaythama narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, he heard ‘Amr [saying] that Jabir said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came to him—meaning ‘Abdullah ibn Ubayy—after he had been placed into his grave. He ordered him to be taken out, then he blew upon him from his saliva and clothed him in his shirt, and Allah knows best.
