Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 108:83

Zuhayr narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, Sayyar informed us, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: We went out on a military expedition with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). He said: When we returned, I hurried ahead on a camel of mine that was slow-paced. He said: A rider caught up with me from behind and poked my camel with a small spear he had with him, and my camel moved as well as any camel you have ever seen. I turned around, and it was the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace). He said: "What is making you hurry?" I said: "I am newly married." He said: "Did you marry a virgin or a previously married woman?" I said: "A previously married woman." He said: "Why not a young girl, so that you could play with her and she could play with you?" He said: When they returned, he said: "Wait until we enter at night, in the evening, so that the disheveled woman may comb her hair and the woman whose husband was away may shave her pubic hair."
