Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 144:3

Muhammad ibn al-Minhal narrated to us, Yazid narrated to us, Hisham al-Dastawa'i narrated to us, from al-Mughirah, the son-in-law of Malik ibn Dinar, from Malik ibn Dinar, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I arrived at the lowest heaven on the night I was taken on the Night Journey, and I saw therein men whose tongues and lips were being cut with scissors of fire. I said: 'O Gabriel, who are these?' He said: 'These are the orators of your nation.'"
