Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 54:17

Abu Abdullah al-Dawraqi narrated to us, Abu Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Sa'id narrated to us, Abu Marhum Abd al-Rahim ibn Maymun narrated to me, from Sahl ibn Mu'adh ibn Anas al-Juhani, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever leaves off clothing [i.e., wearing fine garments] while he is able to do so, out of humility for Allah, Allah will call him on the Day of Resurrection before the heads of all creation, until He gives him the choice of whichever of the garments of faith he wishes to wear."
