Muhammad narrated to us, Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: The companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "O Messenger of Allah, when we are with you, we see in ourselves what we love, but when we return to our families and mingle with them, we do not recognize ourselves." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If you were to remain as you are when you are with me, in private, the angels would shake your hands until they shaded you with their wings openly. But it is a time and a time."
