Muhammad ibn Mahdi Abu Abd Allah al-Ubuli narrated to us in Basra, Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: The Buraq was brought to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, on the night he was taken on the Night Journey (Isra'), saddled and bridled. It became difficult for him, so Gabriel said to it: "Do you do this to Muhammad? For no one has ridden you who is more honorable to Allah than him." He said: Then the Buraq broke out in a sweat.
