Hadbata narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Anas, that Umm Sulaym sent with him something—Hammam named it as fresh dates—to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He began taking a handful and sending it to some of his wives, and he would take a handful, even though he desired it himself.
