Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 115:64

Musa ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from al-Muthanna, from Qatadah, from Anas: That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, whenever a strong wind blew, would say: "O God, I ask You for the good of what it was commanded with, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what it was commanded with."
