Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 115:7

'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ghiyath, Ibn Hisab, Ibrahim ibn al-Hajjaj, and Isma'il ibn Ibrahim al-Tarjumani narrated to us, they said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Eat the pre-dawn meal (suhur), for indeed there is blessing in the pre-dawn meal."
