Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 115:8

Khalaf ibn Hisham and Abd al-Wahid ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, they said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "If the son of Adam had two valleys of wealth, he would seek a third valley to add to them. And nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust, and Allah turns in forgiveness to whoever repents."
