Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 73:1

Ishaq ibn Abi Isra'il narrated to us, Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Uthman ibn Zafar, from some of the sons of Rafi' ibn Mukayth, from Rafi' ibn Mukayth—and he had witnessed al-Hudaybiyyah—from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Goodness of ownership is growth, and badness of character is a misfortune."
