Zuhayr narrated to us, Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, Muhammad ibn Talhah ibn Yazid ibn Rukanah narrated to me, from Ibrahim ibn Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas, from his father, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say this statement to Ali: "Are you not pleased, O Ali, to be to me in the position of Aaron to Moses, except that there is no prophet after me?"
