Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us, from Abu Abd al-Rahim al-Sa'igh, from the steward (qahraman) of Sa'd, from Sa'd, who said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever withholds surplus water, Allah will withhold His bounty from him on the Day of Resurrection."
