Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 6:56

Muhammad ibn 'Abbad al-Makki narrated to us, Hatim narrated to us, from Hamzah ibn Abi Muhammad, from Bajad ibn Musa, from 'Amir ibn Sa'd, who said: Sa'd said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever takes anything from the land without its right, it will be tied around his neck from seven earths; neither a repentance (sarf) nor a ransom ('adl) will be accepted from him. And whoever claims to belong to someone other than his father, or to someone other than his master, has committed disbelief."
