Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 6:63

Zuhayr narrated to us, Waki' narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, from Mus'ab ibn Sa'd, from his father, who said: Regarding the revelation of the prohibition of alcohol: I drank with a group of the Ansar before it was prohibited. A man among them struck me on my nose with a camel's jawbone. I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and mentioned that to him, so the prohibition of alcohol was revealed.
