Musnad Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili 252:33

Ubayd Allah ibn Umar narrated to us, Bishr ibn al-Mufaddal narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Ishaq, from Abu Hazim, from Sahl ibn Sa’d, who said: The women used to be commanded during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in the prayer, not to raise their heads until the men had taken their positions on the ground, due to the indecency of the garments. Bishr said: I have heard it from Abu Hazim.
